Biographical Info
www.audpathway.com [email protected] I am a Doctor of Audiology with over 10 years of clinical experience helping individuals who experience misophonia, tinnitus, hyperacusis, and auditory processing difficulties. I founded Auditory Pathway to provide specialized care for adults who often feel overlooked or are told there are no further treatment options available. My approach to misophonia recognizes that the condition can profoundly impact daily life, relationships, work, and emotional well-being. Treatment is individualized and focuses on helping clients better understand their reactions to trigger sounds, reduce the distress associated with those triggers, and develop practical strategies for navigating challenging listening situations. Care is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral models and tailored to each person's specific experiences, goals, and challenges. I completed advanced training through the Hashir International Institute's Masterclass in Tinnitus, Hyperacusis, and Misophonia and have experience supporting patients in both the United States and Ireland. My practice is fully virtual, allowing clients to access specialized care regardless of their location. At Auditory Pathway, I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether misophonia occurs on its own or alongside tinnitus, hyperacusis, or auditory processing difficulties, treatment begins with understanding the individual's experience and building a personalized pathway toward meaningful improvement.
